Merchandise — 14-day returns
Hats, apparel, drinkware, accessories and other standard merchandise can be returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition. Bring the item to the shop or contact us to arrange a mailed return; return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
One-of-a-kind items and slabs — final sale
Wood slabs and items marked "One of a kind" are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please inspect them in person or ask us for extra photos and measurements before buying.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, including for final-sale items.

Email dan@montco-makers.com or call 267-900-3205 with your order details. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. Classes, memberships and gift cards are covered by our Terms of Service.
