You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. Minors may participate in kids' classes only when registered by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

3. Memberships, Classes, and Purchases

Memberships, class registrations, gift cards, shop purchases, and commission services are subject to the descriptions, prices, and policies posted on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify our offerings, schedules, and pricing at any time.

4. Payment

All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred. Recurring memberships will automatically renew until canceled.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Class cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by the cancellation policy posted for each class or membership. Unless otherwise stated, gift cards are non-refundable. Commissions are subject to the deposit and refund terms in your signed commission agreement.

6. Shop Safety and Conduct

Woodworking involves inherent risks. By participating in any class or using shop facilities, you agree to follow all safety rules, instructor directions, and posted procedures. You assume the risk of injury or property damage that may result from participation. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals who behave unsafely or disrupt our community.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of MontCo Makers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

8. User Submissions

11. Limitation of Liability
